I realized that it is very easy to make good pancakes at home from pancake mixes that are easily available in most stores. But, pancakes just don't taste the same without maple syrup. Maple syrup used to be available in Pulse, Aundh, but they no longer appear to stock it. Where in Pune can I get maple syrup? Food Bazaar on Baner Road stocks it.....well, most of the time. Worth a try. Sadly, I was unable to find maple syrup in Food Bazaar. Where should I be looking? The "International food" section near the door?

I'm pretty certain that Food Bazaar has stopped stocking Maple Syrup now.

Fine Foods in Aundh (behind Gaikwad Petrol Pump) has various types of Maple syrup (including the original Aunt Jemima, and a couple of other flavors; also has lowfat versions). |

at dorabjee's 100% maple syrup costs 800 bucks, at some shops in shivaji market you'll get it cheaper. the 2% maple pancake syrup is also available at dorabjee's for 200 bucks. Any idea where you can get the 100% maple syrup cheaper :) ? Oliver, any specific shops you can point to in Shivaji Market? (And where exactly is Shivaji Market located - the on in Camp?)

Last week, the Manager of the Pulse/Ozone Store in Aundh mentioned that they usually stock it (didn't have it that day though!). Yes, I've bought maple syrup from Pulse before. But I haven't seen it in stock for the last 3/4 months..
