Hi all, I tried registering my complaint for incorrect water bill complaint through the PMC website. The complaint form is incomplete in nature (as it shows beta status).
The hitch is in finding the ward Office at the very end of the complaint.
I have three queries,
a. Why is the complaint process on the pmc site still incomplete when the site has been up for 2 years now ?
b. Is there some online solution to find my pmc ward no. ? I tried using my google kung-fu but failed. IF anybody knows any better would be nice.
c. Does anybody know of any NGO which does look and take issues like this with PMC ?
