Does anybody know good high risk pregnancy specialist in Pune? I live in Kalyaninagar.

Update: sorry, I should have more specific while asking this question. I am looking for a ob/gyn high risk pregnancy specialist. Like in US, if someone has 3 miscarriages, she is a high risk candidate. Your gyn will suggest to meet someone who deals in "high-risk pregnancy".

Depends upon the kind of risk. Can you elaborate a little? Diabetes? Suspected genetic disorder?

Dr. Phadnis in Oyster and Pearl is also very reputed for high risk pregnancy.

I don't know if there is a 'high-risk pregnancy' specialist in Pune; but Dr. Jyothi Unni in Jehangir is very good (this info is corroborated by another gynaecologist who's a friend of mine), and you should consider going to her for advice.

Please avoid Dr. Mangla Wani, although you would find her everywhere if you searched this tread over internet. She has found good marketing work through internet.

She advised us elective c section on 33rd week, which was a surprise based on our own research, any doctor should have waited until 37 weeks... I immediately changed it to someone at Birla.
