I remember its Mohan's Icecream on JM Road. Here are its details, you can check it out .. Mohan Icecream Jangali Maharaj Road, Opposite Supreme Pizza, Jm Road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Pune, India 09370149055‎

There is one more near Kamla Nehru Park as well, besides the temple...
