There is a temple in RangeHills road, opposite to SIMC. May be you can find North Indian Pandit there...

Next lane after Sarza when going towards Parihar Chowk, you will find SBI. Take the turn and look for a small board with name "Kulkarni Guruji". Its in the 3rd of 4th building on the left.

He is a Maharastrian though... you could try to luck, he might be able to please north indian gods ;-)

Too late an answer but just for the benefit of others who tune in again to this thread, there is a Kali Bari (Kali Temple) near Range Hills (off Aundh Road), besides the Ayappa Temple and you can find priests there. They are very professional I would say and would arrange for all Puja samagri themselves (though you must pay for that).
