I would like to know monthly rental rates for 3 bedroom hall kitchen apartments if any at Viman Nagar, Chandan Nagar, Magarpatta city area. I am just looking for a rough range. Any ideas. Any good schools in this area. Thanks in Advance. Arun |

Magarpatta City Area - 21K for a semi-furnished 3 BHK house i.e. having furnished kitchens. I dont have kids, so personally dont have any idea about schools. But I did ask couple of my neighbors who have school going kids. The following are the list of schools which are considered to be good and near the given localities. Bishops - Missionary Style. Considered to be the best.
