Tata Swach is non-electrical, easy-to-operate, attractive, and compact water purifier. Also, low cost and effective purification.

I use a brand called pureflo - permionics For water supply in most areas in Pune, i think it is an excellent device. (not tried with borewell) you only need to run water through a certain water outlet to keep it clean, and they recommend servicing/membrane change once a year

Never use HUL's PureIt. It doesnt work. Instead it contaminates water.
