My first answer would have been No,
however, there are a few references on the Superuser site which might work for you.

Being very specific to the G460, I see that the Lenovo G460 has a few variations out of the shop.
If you have Intel graphics, you might be able to upgrade to nVidia or Intel HD
similarly, also change the processor.
But, I still think it might not be a worth while proposition.
