I find the Deccan Honda service center at Pimpri very comfortable.
They have a lot of service bays and work neatly.
You can book a day or more before and either drive in or get them to pickup
(Pickup and drop are charged extra).

I have tried Deccan Honda Pimpri, yes, they have good service, pick up and drop facility (Rs 250 extra). But in last service I had little bad experience. Not mentioning problems here. But just to add, car washing itself was not done properly. Anybody knows the service of Crystal Honda on highway? It's near to Baner.

The Deccan Honda Pimpri misplaced my service booklet. They have very poor skills in handling customer issues. The apologies were mere formality and didn't ensure that I get my duplicate booklet on time.

After a wait time of 15 days, I had to call their higher authority to ensure the process was set and they ensured I get the booklet in two days (ordered from Mumbai).

The guy who attend my vehicle for servicing didn't have a good experience to give detailed explaination to any of my questions..

I owned a Hyundi car and had a good experience with both Sanjay & Kothari service centres. I am shocked to see the Honda service which I believe should have been at least one notch above Hyundi.

Sanjay hyundai, located in shivaji nagar is fine. Service centre is not in shivaji nagar though, they hav pic and drop service and they charge 150 rs for that, one has to book an appintmtn few days prior. Contact- 020-66345705, 702.
