Good optical shop/optician in Aundh

Hi,

I am looking for a good optical Shop in and around Aundh. Need contact lens and a pair of glasses (as a back-up to the ones I use). Don't want to spend a fortune on the glasses since they are to be used as a back-up.

I know Lawerence & Mayo and Carl Zeiss in Andh but guess they are very expensive.

Any affordable and good shop in that area?

I'm not sure what you're requirements are, but I've used and found the following shops satisfactory:

EyeCon Optics - Near Sarjaa, right next to DVD Express
Lunettes - Next to McDonalds

Another one I've used in Aundh: Ganu Optics, right on the ITI Road. They have other locations in the city as well (I've used one in Kothrud earlier). I'd expect their prices to be lower than Lawrence & Mayo / Carl Zeiss.
