The Pune Traffic and Transportation forum, which I believe is a subsidiary of Parisar (http://parisar.org) is also active in this area. SPTM focuses on individuals and how to make people in Pune start following traffic rules. PTTF and Parisar have a broader focus, and work with concerned authorities, and focus on longer term urban planning issues.
