I have heard that there is a one particular Pune Municipal Corporation website (apparently there are more than one PMC websites...hence not sure which one's the correct one), where it is possible to put in a complaint/issue about civic infrastructure - Garbage, Roads, Lighting, etc., by Ward.

Also, is there any such website for reporting traffic issues both tactical and strategic:

Examples -

Tactical: Signal at xyz crossing is not working Strategic: Consider oneway at road abc

Complaints entered on this website: http://www.punecorporation.org/pmcwebn/index.aspx used to get answered and actually fixed! But, I have not entered anything for over a year so I don't know now.

Last I heard, there were multiple mechanisms by which you could send in such complaints, but keeping track of all these different sources of complaints was becoming messy within the PMC, so the impression I got was that they were pretty much being dropped on the floor. In other words, I don't think that online complaints are working.
