There is a chain of stores called "Hobby Ideas".
I've seen in in some places around.

They also had stuff in the Staples stores -- there was one of them at Baner which seems to have closed down now but there is another new one under the Landmark store at Camp (across Dorabjee's).

Besides that I guess you should check some places in the Ishanya mall.
And, there seems to be a Sameers Hobby Shop -- but, I've never been there.
You might also find some references at hobbyclasses.in pune page.

The places mentioned above will surely be helpful. But you may also visit Bohri Ali, Ravivar Peth area. You'll find a lot of interesting stuff at the shops there. It is in the heart of the city, near Mahatma Phule Mandai. Be sure to go on a 2 wheeler if possible, since this is a crowded area with narrow lanes.

You should also try 'Tulshibaug' wherein you will find a lot more shops (like Samrat) with all these things.
