I have just shifted to the city from Mumbai. Can anyone please help me out as to what is the best way route for this. Thanks in advance. |

Abhi, I am not sure if Corinthian is connected with local transport bus. If yes you need to take a bus which goes to Pune station. From pune station you need to take connecting bus which goes to University. There are buses like Hadapasar-Chichwad (bus no. 204) or Hadapasar-Sangavi (bus no 205) or also Hadapar-Balewadi (dont know the bus no.). other option is you take a bus to Pune municpal corporation from pune station (generally called as Mana-pa; its marathi short form for Municipal Corporation); From corporation you need to ask Conductor-Driver (anyone sitting near bus stop) which bus would go to University. I am sure that bus which goes to Sangavi do go from University. Pls note rickshaw wala take hell lot of money if you dont know the city well. At your time i am sure you will get early morning bus which are not crowded. There is a mobile software that can be downloaded from www.m4mum.com. This software calculates the rick fare depedning on meter reading; you just have to enter the meter reading. Software is free downloadable and 100% tested (no malware). Only thing is you should have java or windows software mobile. Note: people are less helpful but if you tend to speak marathi there are chances that people help you. Hope this helps!!! |

Dear Abhi, In your area u have shared rishaw from hadpasar telephone exchange to hadpsar mandi . The fare charges is fixed it was rs. 8/- per person now becaiuse of petrol hike may have gone up by Rs. 5/-( at hadpsar mandi u will get bused plying from Hadpasar Gadi tal to various places such as swargae, pune station, kothrud, chinchwad etc.) After reaching at hadpsar mandi you can catch the bus going to chinchwad & get down at pune univercity Regards, sandy |

And, you have tried google maps for directions yet?
Ya. I tried google maps but what I desperately need now is the way to reach there on a daily basis via public transport.
