1	Yes. But in most of the cases vehicles are not transferred properly to the 2nd or 3rd owners. So if u succeed in trace of ownership of the vehicle you will not able to catch the real owner in some cases. link answered 30 Nov '10, 05:49 raxy 21●1●1●5 accept rate: 0%
