Sita at BinaryDay did an analysis of the "top" blogs of India according to some algorithm, and I recognize the following Pune blogs in there:

I'm sure there must be various problems with the methodology of creating that ranking, but still, at various times, I've heard of these blogs as being popular, so I guess they should be in this list.

http://cyberciti.biz - tech info, mainly linux. Don't know much about this blog, but it has a google pagerank of 6, so likely to be a very popular blog.
