This is a big enough shop meant mostly for Papers.

Try Venus Stationery; Deccan. Between FC Road and JM Road (the lane that goes in right next to Roopali Restaurant). It's a two-storey stationery speciality store, and I've seen a number of craft supplies there, so chances of finding what you want there are high.
