Check with WIAA located in Clover Center (maybe worth getting a membership for one year so that they can assist with the process). They can also help getting your license changed in case you wish to do that.

1	You need to have a address-proof here (Rental Agreement) and sometimes Affidavit may be required. Please check with the New Car Company / Car Dealer for this. link answered 23 Feb '11, 17:58 lanag 41●2●2●5 accept rate: 0%
