Has anyone tried using BSNL 3G internet using data card provided by BSNL or using phone as a modem? What speed do you get? Does the speed vary at different times in a day and how reliable is it? It would be nice you can specify the area from where you have tried this. Please share your experiences.

I tried using BSNL 3G using phone as a modem, the speed varies a lot. Before BSNL 3G, I had also used BSNL Evdo and faced the same problem. Secondly, their service was good and fast(not always) initially and then it became pathetic.
