We currently have two providers (10 Mbps & 5 Mbps) but both seem to have problems on and off with connectivity and route they provide (delays). We are working on a audio and video related product with connectivity required between India and US. Does anybody has suggestion with respect to good leased line provider and what SLAs one should expect from them? |

Broadband is not a good idea for office use. Having said that I have used commercial broadband plans from youtelecom in a corporate environment & was pretty happy with performance Leased line will cost you a lot. hth |
