Hi, Couple of my friends will be visiting me in the coming week and I would like to take them out in pune or nearby areas. They are mostly in age group of 23-26 and I am sure we will be hitting the pubs but I would also like to take them to some nice and calm place. Pawna Dam (near lonavla) is one such example of a place they will enjoy. Do you guys have any more recommendations for places like pawna dam, sinhgad fort (I don't drive too well, so I am not sure about driving on the ghats) any other places near NDA etc? I hope you get an idea of places I am looking for, also what are the must visit places in pune? I will prolly wanna give museums a skip for now or keep them for later but looking for places/gardens where one can sit and chat. On the more safer note? what are good places for youths that serve alcohol? I like HRC, I haven't really explored the pub scene of pune. |

Nalla park-korgaon park, Saras bag and zoo- swargate. Parvati hills-swargate. These place are within city and best if do not want to drive. |
