As of today, they are not in Pune. However there is a new mall fast nearing completion in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar. Cinemax is coming in this mall (it will be known as Seasons Mall). This mall was supposed to open in Apr '11, but looks like will not open before end of the year. BTW, it is being claimed that it will be opening with something like 12-16 screens!!

Happened to visit the new Inorbit Mall on Nagar road, saw Cinemax is coming there as well.
