I agree with Navin Kabra...Well I could share information for one eating joint on Nagar Road.It is at Ramwadi chowk (next to Bishop School,Kalyani Nagar).You would get plenty of options there.I particularly like egg rice :-)

Other than the 5-star hotel coffee shops and Cafe DimSum at the Railway Station, I don't think it is legal to have 24x7 food outlets in Pune.

If you're looking for places that are open uptil 3am/4am (illegally, of course), you'll need to ask around amongst friends... They're sure not going to be listed on a website :-)

The O Hotel in Koregaon park and the Best Western Pride Hotel in Shivaji nagar run a midnight buffet that is available until 3 AM on Wednesday - Friday. Apart from that what Navin said most fits.

If you are in the outskirts you may find the roadside dhaba's open almost entire nights... Rajender Dhaba nr Wagholi , Bibi Da Dhaba Nr Talegaon, Rama Nr Shivapur a few more are relatively open all night.

There is a old lady serves some awesome tea on Senapati Bapat road all night. Also, the Costa Coffee outlet on SB road is open all night. There are some places in KP too, which are open late, which I doubt are authorised to do so. Apart from that, almost all 5,4 and 3 star hotels have coffee shops which are open all night.

for coffee or snacks there is a place called "richie rich" near PICT college, behind bhartiya vidyapith university. This is open upto 3am. And after 3.30am for snacks like pohe, upma, idli etc. their is a place in karve nagar near maharashtra bank.

ST canteens at Swargate, Shivajinagar, and Pune Station. Not very good quality, but qualify on two points - (i) they are open 24x7, and (ii) they serve food!

Around Pimpri Chinchwad; nothings open after 12 odd..However Hot poha thela starts in Chinchwad station chowk @3.30am n if ur looking for samosas,ders dis guy in Pimpri..Shagun Chowk,opens @3.45 n gets hot samosas
