Can you be a little more specific? Is this a one-time request (i.e. you have some extra food right now that you want to distribute) or are you likely to be doing this on a regular basis? Any specific reason for choosing beggars - because the more obvious choice is to give it to an NGO that is better equipped to distribute the food...
