Do you mean specifically from Pune? because, otherwise this question does not seem relevant to forPune. And, I am sure you will find good comparisons in many other local forums. Please elaborate or we will need to close the question as off-topic.

Have been using India Infoline for around >3 years..The UI is the key,dont remember having to visit the office since inception [except few]..The service is Decent enough

I would suggest ICICI. But, I have heard that HDFC is good too...

I have experience with ICICI only, and it's not very user friendly UI. I've heard from my friends that sharekhan is quite good.
