Not personally aware, though you may want to try this... Go to http://www.transcendusa.com/Contact/CuTechsupport.asp?LangNo=0&Func1No=11&Func2No=183. Select India from dropdown, describe your problem, and see if it helps. BTW the India website opens up in Chinese so it's non readable.
