Where can one get the best 'Deli-Style' sandwich?

Note - I am referring to a good 'Deli-Style' sandwich with fresh-baked bread and good meats, veggies and cheese (and yes - while Subway is pretty good.. it doesn't qualify as a true 'deli-style' sandwich ... it's fastfood :) ).
