I am quite sure there will be equal number of articles favoring Homeopathy (hence subjective).

Piles is a pathological condition requiring medical attention.
I suggest going to a good doctor.

A better question would be, which doctor/hospital/clinic should you go for such a condition.

Can recommend two good gastroenterologists:
