A bit skeptic about putting down this particular answer coz this relates to world wide web rather than just pune Would you consider taking up an online support from a dietician? I have no first hand experience of this kind of model, nor have any direct feedback. I just read a post by this guy, here's the link.

Just a thought....no strong recommendation

A good dietitian in Pune would be Rashmi. Delivers a diet plan that can be extremely flexible (unlike some that bind you into very limited choices). You can reach her at rashmib@gmail.com

Hi,

Do read "Lose your weight, Don't lose your mind" by Rujuta Diwekar. It will give you the fundamental principles of food, eating habits, patterns, choices. She is really realistic and you will feel good about yourself to begin with.
