How about posting a link to the photo? Otherwise my best guess is: purple rumped sunbird, male.

Deepak, upload the photo of the bird on twitpic.com. Post a link to the photo here. Then someone will be able to help you.

There are such things as Bird Identification Help Group on Flickr.

Group admin message from that place,

When posting to this group please INCLUDE THE LOCATION and at least an approximate DATE. Location should not just be a city or state, but also the country as this group has a world wide scope. If the bird is in a zoo or somehow otherwise outside its normal habitat, please make that clear. And again, PLEASE ONLY POST PHOTOS OF BIRDS YOU CAN'T IDENTIFY!. no need to start new topics just post your unidentified photos to the main pool.
