Wonder no one mentioned Malaka Spice at KP. It's pan SE Asian but very good Thai cuisine. Chef Chiru specials are good.

Thai House in Aundh. Its a nice and small place run by a Thai couple.

like amit said, Thai House is brilliant. they've got a nice ice cream dessert as well. also, the thai curries served at Seasonal Tastes, Westin are good. don't bother with Silk Route.
