'O' hotel in Koregaon Park has to be the absolute best Sushi in town. I am not even aware of any other places that serve Sushi.

I don't think there's any other specialized Sushi Restaurant in Pune other than the 'O' Hotel. However other 5 Stars like the Le Meridien do have 'Japanese' food festivals occasionally, where they feature Sushi and other Japanese cuisine.

I have heard of new Korean restaurant that has opened in Aundh area (don't remember the name) - wonder if they have any Korean Sushi.

That is a good segue - where do we get good Kimchi?

Silk Route - KP serves Japanese food. So sushi is definitely available.

Mauve (The Lounge) in Koregaon Park serves Sushi. I hear this place exists no longer (can anyone confirm). I had been to this place and had some excellent Sushi - probably not that much variety as O' Hotel but quality wise - comparable. But this was a while back.

O' Hotel has excellent Sushi & Sashimi - both veg and non-veg. Sushi dishes can start from Rs.1200 here and range beyond Rs.2000 if I remember correctly. There is a very good selection of other Japanese dishes also available here including a Teppanyaki counter where you can see the chef create the dish for you. Some great lobster dishes available here as well. I would warn you though that a good dinner for two can range from Rs.3000 - Rs.5000 and there is no upper limit :)
