A lot of buiders expectedly do a good job of selling a place to you but come up short when it comes to providing warranty services for things you discover after you have moved in. I visited a friend in Bangalore who was quite happy with "Mantri Developers" in this regard.

If you know of any such builders in Pune please share it here. I for one have not had great experience either with Rachna or Darode Jog. No response from the builder even after presenting them with pictorial evidence of leakages/cracks/etc within a year of moving in.

Sorry, I could not help answer this :) "Builder" and "Good after sale service" is quite an oxymoron in Pune. I also have similar experience with Rachna (Beverly Hills). 'Prakrtii' (Balewadi) has good maintenance, cleanliness. This was true even while the builder was handling these. But then it might have been because he still had more flats to sell at that time (c. 2008)

Look for marvel, and clover.... Dont go for Nyati builders, as they have all the cranky retired army officers installed in their offices...who do not know a b c of civil manners or in that case manners at all and sometimes their balconies also fall off ..killing people, Kumar builders again are no good ., Look for Marvel and Clover, And can also try Rohan Builders..
