I am looking to buy furniture for my new home in few months time when I shift to Pune. I have been recommended Ekbote for solid wood furniture. However since it looks a little costly, I am looking at some other options as well for good quality solid wood furniture. Anyone knows of such stores in Pune, preferably near Aundh? I have heard about Krome as well. Any review/feedback on furniture from Krome? Also, from where can I get good modular kitchen done??

Krome is a bit expensive; check out a number of solid wood furniture shops near Kalewadi Phata.

There are also few furniture shops in Nigdi and Pimple Saudagar (near the Tiffins & Kareems restaurants) which sell solid wood furniture.

There are many furniture shops in Baner Road near Aundh. Just go towards Mumbai-Pune Highway from University Circle and you will find a number of shops there.
