Dr Neelam Vaid, Opposite Sarjaa Restaurant, Aundh is a good consultant doctor. Donno if she's a surgeon too or not. Go early though, she takes only 20 patients every evening.

Dr. Sardesai in the lane opposite Ratna Hospital is one I can certainly recommend. However be prepared for high wait times at his clinic.
