What are the best (migratory) bird watching destinations in and around Pune (say within a 100Km radius) and how to get to each of them? Here is a list that I am already aware of, so please add more:

1) Pashan Lake 2) Bhigwan (towards Solapur Road?)

The Mulshi Lake (Mulshi Dam Area) is considered to be a favorite for many migratory birds.

i wish to add Pu.La. Deshpande udyan, better than all the three mentioned above! BTW, you can see a lot of local birds, but probably not migratory birds here

Bhigwan is the best place around winter times. Flamingos are seen albeit now in less numbers. Kavdi pat is the next but the atmosphere is very hazy making it difficult to spot the birds. Veer dam located about 20 kms from Saswad, and about 60 kms from Pune is one more lots of varieties here too.
