The rates were Rs. 7000+ when they stopped taking booking in 2008 due to some land usage issues. They had taken around 100 odd booking till then and are first planning to honour those commitments.

According to them, the scheme is not exactly a real estate scheme but a community. As Golf is the major attraction of the scheme they will like to have golf lovers as part of the society. Thus they are first promoting club membership which is as follows: 1. 5 Lakhs for only golf membership. 2. 8 Lakhs for Classic membership includes Golf and other club facilities that yet to be developed.

The above memberships is a family membership and is valid for around 22 years.

They plan to start the bookings of next set of villas soon but I believe will give preference to the club members. Also, they have plans for two towers with 30 floor. Each floor will have three apartments. Villa and apartment owners will have free membership to the club.

The golf course is fully functional. There are folks from Mumbai and other cities coming over to play golf over the weekend. Quite a few koreans and japanese amongst the visitors to play golf. There are some national level tournaments scheduled to be hosted at this course as well.

The complex also has a MBA college known as FLAME Campus.

Overall, the plans look grand and well set but pockets need to be deep :).
