I would be moving to Pune in Early March, i would like to look for apartments that are available for rent in Pune. Is there any good websites with listing of apartments for rent. Any sugguestions are welcome. Thanks in Advance Arun |

Sulekha.com hosts very good information about apartments on rent. While searching for Pune, do not specify exact area, as some posts with minor spelling mistake would miss out. Instead, run a broader search and take little effort to scroll through page; you will get better results. |

If you are working in one of the local companies, +1 for this option. If you know people in Infosys, or Symantec, or Persistent, ask them to post a request on your behalf on the internal forums/newsgroups/mailing lists. That will work really well.

Absolutely. Even Patni, wipro, etc have lots of classifieds posted on their intranet. Not only for house but also for used vehicles, electronics etc.. (buy or sell)

Have you checked the leading national real-estate portals -- indiaproperties.com, 99acres.com, makan.com and others? They have quite a bit of Pune properties information (buy-sell-lease). |
