Hi, My name is Avadhut and I registered my order via Tata Broadband's call centre number on 4th January at 10 am. I have called them thrice since then. Everytime I get one answer " We will check feasibility and call you". It has been 3 days and I havent received any calls from them. I need the connection at my deccan office. Tataindicom nodal officer number: 9225611516 Call between 1000 hrs and 1800 hrs. Did you try getting BSNL broadband? Found it quite good. BSNL Broadband is quite good if BSNL can reach it to your home. That should not be a problem in the Deccen area.

Also, avoid BSNL in Baner Road area. The lines there are terrible due to the continues 3-year digging programme going on there.

I have terminated my tata broadband at home and clinic due to service issues. shifted to airtel. fantastic customer service and support.

I also faced the same problem with both Tata and Sify. I did try the nodal office number but then found it to be pretty useless. When they say that they are checking for feasibility in that area then it means that they have currently not provided connection in your building and they might have to lay a cable. So essentially this is going to take some time. BSNL was the most helpful for me when all the other providers said that they had to check the feasibility. One way to stop the registration is to cancel the cheque in case you have already given one. |
