You can order wine kits from 20North (http://www.20north.com/search?keyword=wine+making+kit&source=header&id=All&min=&max=). They are basically a Amazon front-end, who ship to India. Get the wine yeast from the same place.

Otherwise, its hard to find these kits in India.

For the grapes, go to Narayangaon (about 80 kms from Pune, on Nashik Road) or Junnar (near Narayangaon) market during harvest season (i.e. Jan-March) and ask around.

Let me also add a disclaimer - most of the grapes in open market in Narayangaon/Junnar or Nashik are either table grapes or mediocre/bad quality wine grapes (e.g. Shiraz, Chenin Blanc). Good quality wine grapes are all taken up by the wineries.

You can make decent quality wine with some table grapes (e.g. Thompson, Sharad Seedless) - prefer seedless varieties. There are a few (mostly low-end) wines in the market that are in fact made from table grapes - e.g. Mojo from Chateau Indage, Madera from Sula.
