Can you recommend any good aero-modeling classes for children in Pune? Many years back I had joined a similar program that guided kids for building Balsa-Wood Kit Airplanes. Advanced levels of this course (I didn't participate) also focussed on Motorized Aero-Models.

Found out some information about 'Pune Aeromodeller's Association - Hadapsar'. They are based at the Fursungi Gliding Center (near Hadapsar) and get together on weekends for flying aeromodels(8am to 11am).

The also organize some training programs for children during summer vacations.

They have a Yahoo Group (but it seems its accessible only to members..following up on it).

Annual membership is Rs. 500.

The contact person is: Sandeep Bajare, Mob - 9890018860

I spoke with Sandeep and he mentioned that anyone interested can first just come by the Fursungi Location on a weekend to checkout the activities.
