I need contact information of vendors who do decoration at birthday parties. If you have first hand experience with them that would be helpful. The requirement is that the vendor is not supposed to use any cell-o-tape, nails etc for the decoration. Strings/ropes can be used to tie the decorations and standing props are allowed.
