Depends on types of books, I went to computer hut (Goel book shop) and he offers second hand books too. This shop is at appa balwant chowk, and there are many shops there offering books. About novels and other books, there is this shop near to german bakery which is more like handicraft shop but has some second hand novels too, I didn't inquire but I guess he sells them too but can't be sure.
