What is the usual deposit for a 3-4 bedroom furnished / semi furnished apartment in wanawadi / aundh / kalyani nagar area in terms of number of number of months? |

The standard is usually a 10-11 month deposit refundable when the lease expires (or the lesee decides to leave). However the deposit amount can vary between 6-11 months depending upon how well the lesee bargains with the owner. I haven't heard the deposit being more than 11 months rent. In case of students sharing an apt, the owner would probably take deposit on the lower side considering that a large deposit may not be affordable by students. |
