Is there a set of contact numbers for PMC (or their contractors) that can be used to notify parking violations so that quick action can be taken by tow-away vehicles/vans? Contact numbers that can be used by Pune citizens to report parking violations?

From a larger perspective, does PMC have any published numbers to report traffic violations in general?

Good question. Have always wondered myself about this!

AFAIK, allotting parking space is PMC's responsibility. To make sure parking is done properly is Traffic departments responsibility. So send email to punepolicetraffic@gmail.com and pmcmco@gmail.com.

Also have a look at following links.

Pune Traffic Police just announced that they will also accept complaints of traffic violations via facebook. Search for "Pune Traffic Police" on facebook.
