Hi my name is kavitha . I am a divorcee and i dont have any children also . I have no job stability but i can make a very good house wife .I have always been an unhappy person in life though i had the best family . But that s not the thing for the first time i got happiness by speaking to a person who i met in bharath matrimony . His name is Vimal But the problem is his status is and still is awaiting divorce . I have been speaking to this person since a year . He always said that kavitha if you get a good proposal go for it . I and he are the same age him being 4 days elder to me . But the day i spoke to him i and even him liked each other a lot and then i started avoiding him because i dint want to compare other proposals with him which i always did .His story goes like this . His was an arranged marriage and his wife was forced or blackmailed in to marrying him which he dint know about . He even met her before and asked her personally weather she is interested in him or not and she said yes . Later after his marriage he found s love letter of hers written to her lover . He dint know what to do . All i can describe about Vimal is that he is clean good hearted person and of course not a fast thinker infact a very innocent person . He gave the letter out of sadness to his father in law and dint know what to do and then he was so sad Of course his father in law destryed the love letter . Later on he tried to clear the situation and tried to forget the past and forgave his wife . He tried to get close to his wife but then she started avoiding him and told that she want a divorce. He tried to convince her to have a clean cut marraige but then she just refused and told him that she is and was actually never in love with her husband and she wanted out . Then both applied for divorce and then her father started misusing the law stated that he had to pay them 20 lakhs or he wont get the divorce . She is neither being a wife to him nor he is getting a divorce and if he wanted he had to pay her . The case is being continued since i think a year and a half . He is working in Dubai but his home is pune . he is an average earner . I cant say rich and affluent but can afford emergency payments . But then 20 laks is non affordable. Heis such a gem of a person so i continued talking to him and i couldnt stop thinking about him after i put a break in between talking to him . Its really difficult for me . He belongs to high caste and i low caste and even if his family does not agree he would fight and marry me but his situation is like this . I ll be 32 now and i am getting old . I cant play with my heart and leave this person and go . I always wanted to marry him but there is no help from any where form any side . He hasnt even told his family because he knows very well that they wont approve until he gets a divorce . He is not keeping well these days due to high stress level and one of the stress is me. He thinks what ll happen to me .He never gives me any wishes or dreams because he knows very well it will destroy me but i have already started getting destroyed . I am very much suicidal and i feel that i shouldnt be living with out him . He is first and first only human i have been in love with and i cant love any body else and he also loves me the same . but we cant so anything about it . There is a new story where his wife has come back and asking apology to each and every family member of his and she wants him back . it is clearly understood that whom so ever her lover is has dumped her and now ya there is a scapegoat my husband . Any ways the Hindu law doesn't support the husband so i can go back to him and misuse the law . He is struggling since long and both are loosing it very badly . We dont know what to do . I am typing this in Mangalore the place i stay with tears and i really dont know what to do .Somebody please help us . Please help him out of this situation . Please i beg of you . If you guys who are reading this feels that i am lying please find out the truth because you guys will know the truth . I dont know If guys could help me .But this is the situation .
